• Orders placed by 2:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
• Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
• Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
• We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order.
• We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order at the address indicated by you.

Exchange Policy

All products purchased from CharmThings can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

• The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to CharmThings Official@gmail.com or by calling at +92-314-8481292, in case you want to raise a dispute. At CharmThings, we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties.
• Replacement will be sent in case of a defected/faulty/damaged item. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at CharmThings Official@gmail.com, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
• Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. Rs 200 will be charged on replacement parcel where the customer needs to change the item or size.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Return Policy

• CharmThings does not offer a return policy. However, we can guide you in requesting an exchange for your item(s). Please refer to the above-mentioned Exchange policy for this.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future. Please study your coupon carefully for further details.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

• Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
• The product is damaged because of use.
• The product has tampered.
